HOW LONG WILL THE PARCEL TAKE TO ARRIVE?

UK
2–4 business days service: FREE with orders over £65. Shipping on orders under £65 is charged at £4.

Next working day service: £5.95. Orders placed before noon Monday – Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Unfortunately, our carrier, DPD, isn’t able to deliver to some Highlands and Islands. Please check here for a full list.

USA
6–10 business days service: FREE with orders over US $70.
Shipping on orders under US $70 is charged at US $9.99. Customer pays NO duties or sales tax.

Due to courier restrictions, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and Military addresses.

EU
6–10 days service: FREE with orders over £65. Shipping on orders under £65 is charged at £5. Customer pays NO duties or sales tax.

Australia & New Zealand
7–10 working days service: Shipping charged at AU $18. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes. VERDEN will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

Rest of World
7–10 business days service: Shipping on all orders is charged at £9. Customer may be asked to pay duties and taxes depending on the rules in the delivery country. VERDEN will not refund duties and taxes charged by your delivery country.

DELIVERY TO PO BOXES

Unfortunately, our international couriers (i.e. anything outside the UK) are unable to deliver to PO boxes. We kindly request that you supply us with a standard postal address instead.
