10 minute Breathing Exercise - Calm

Return to the breath with this calming breath practice.

Practice Guide:

Breathe from your diaphragm. 
Control your in and out breaths making them slow and conscious.

For this calming practice the breath pattern is:

Breathe in for 5 seconds. 
Breath out for 5 seconds.
Pause for 3 seconds.
